Antirock Automatic Sway Bar Kit by Currie

The Antirock Sway Bar that Currie makes gives you a performance of your rear and front suspension that is balanced for even the most extreme off road driving conditions.  It allows you to have traction that is increased and this is delivered by the bar distributing and balancing the weight over all of your tires.  This antirock sway bar is meant to be a replacement for your stock sway bar.

This bar is constructed from heat treated SAE 4130 steel so that it has unmatched strength.  This is the same type of steel that you will find in use in professional off road competitions.  This bar comes as a kit that includes all of the components that you will need to safely and properly install the bar.  Contents include complete and highly detailed installation instructions, all of the necessary hardware and the bushings along with the bar itself.  It is also incredibly easy to install.  Simply position the bar through the cross member in the front and then attach is to your stock mounts that you will find on the housing for the axle.

One great thing about this bar is that you will not need to disconnect it when you hit the trails.

Once you have this bar installed you will notice that your Jeep will have more of a body roll to it than what you experienced with your OE bar.  While this bar can be used in street applications, you will not have the same performance as you would on the street with your OE bar.

Antirock Sway Bar Kit for the Rear LJ/TJ Bolt On

This is a kit that contains everything necessary to install the rear antirock sway bar on your Jeep LJ or TJ.  Everything in the kit is easy to install simply by bolting the components on.  The only thing that isn’t bolted on in this kit is the set of housing tabs.  These tabs are not bolt on but must actually be welded in order to attach them to the housing.  In this kit, you will find the 45” sway bar along with extremely detailed installation instructions, all of the necessary hardware to install the kit safely and properly, the housing tabs that need to be welded on, sway bar links that are adjustable and heim jointed, sway bar bushings, frame brackets that have been given a powder coat in semi-gloss black and are bolt on as well as the sway bar itself.  Proper installation of this kit does require a bit of minor welding on the housing tabs as well as a bit of trimming that must be completed at the inner rear wheel wells in order to allow for complete sway bar arm travel.
