Currie Tow Bar Mounting Plate

Currie makes this tow bar mounting plate that is meant for any Jeep Wrangler JK from 2007 and later.  This includes the plate that bolts on and serves as a replacement for the plastic valance panel that the factory installed.  It also comes with the attaching forks for the tow bar as well as all of the hardware that you will find necessary to install the mounting plate.  This plate comes to you with a black powder coat in semi-gloss.

This particular tow bar mounting plate works in conjunction with most of the new Blue Ox towing bars, the CE-9033D towing bars or the CE-9033F towing bars. 

Please note that if our Jeep is a 2010 or later model, you might need to do a bit of minor trimming right on the bottom of your front cross member in order for this tow bar mounting plate to fit properly.  Also, in 2013 there were some special edition of Jeep JK Wranglers that were introduced.  These particular Jeeps have front bumpers that are not compatible with this tow bar mounting plate at all.  These Jeeps include each and every one of the special editions featuring a bumper that has an integrated mount for the winch fairlead.
